These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding agreement between you and jillik governing your use of the jillik platform, account, and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

jillik is strictly for players aged 21 and above as mandated by PAGCOR. Registering a jillik account constitutes your declaration that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors are permanently closed.
Each individual may hold exactly one jillik account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed. Balances on duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Accounts must be registered under the player's own true identity.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits awarded by jillik are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus abuse — including coordinated play designed to exploit promotions — results in forfeiture and account action.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your jillik account. Keep your login credentials confidential. jillik is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to secure your account credentials.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed from your jillik account. jillik may request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your name are not permitted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of jillik shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
Important Notice: By accessing or using the jillik platform — whether through the website at jillik.app, any mobile browser interface, or any service associated with the jillik brand — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of jillik. These Terms supersede all prior agreements between you and jillik regarding your use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jillik ("jillik," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jillik.app and all associated sub-domains, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating a jillik account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you:

To register a jillik Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and such other information as jillik may require. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual person may hold only one (1) jillik Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitute a violation of these Terms. jillik may close all duplicate Accounts and may, at its discretion, forfeit any balances held in such Accounts.
The following categories of persons are prohibited from registering or maintaining a jillik Account: employees of jillik and their immediate family members; individuals who have self-excluded from the jillik Platform; individuals who have been identified as problem gamblers through any formal program; and any person whose participation in gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillik Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jillik immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
All activity conducted through your jillik Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals initiated, and personal information modified — is your sole responsibility. jillik shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided jillik has not been negligent in its own security systems.
jillik may request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (Passport, PhilSys ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID, or PRC ID); proof of address; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by jillik may result in Account suspension and withdrawal holds until the verification process is completed.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. jillik may apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant Accounts after providing notice to the registered email or mobile number. The dormancy fee shall not reduce the Account Balance below zero. Players may reactivate dormant Accounts by contacting jillik support.
jillik accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change and jillik does not guarantee the perpetual availability of any particular payment channel.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per week, based on your Account verification status and applicable regulatory limits. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP accounts.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, your jillik Account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name — third-party payments are strictly prohibited. jillik reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur due to payment processor circumstances, regulatory holds, or fraud prevention reviews.
All transactions on the jillik Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jillik does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required at the payment processor level is the sole responsibility of the Player and subject to the payment processor's exchange rate terms.
jillik is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. jillik will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players are prohibited from using jillik for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentive offers made available through jillik are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds or game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum win caps. These specific terms form part of the overall agreement between you and jillik.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the promotional terms for that offer. jillik calculates wagering contribution differently across game categories — live casino, slots, fast games, and sports betting may contribute at different rates. Wagering must be completed within the validity period or the bonus will be forfeited.
jillik reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; wagering on opposite sides of the same event to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; participating in coordinated group strategies designed to exploit promotions; and providing false information to qualify for offers.
jillik reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respect for any offer already accepted and in progress by a Player. Ongoing promotional offers will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
Each game available on the jillik Platform is governed by specific rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. RNG-based games use independently certified random number generation technology. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers using physical gaming equipment and streamed in real time.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or integrity of a game or wager — including server failures, disconnections, or software errors — jillik reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account. jillik shall not be liable for winnings that would have been generated in a game round that was voided due to a technical malfunction.
jillik is not bound to honour bets placed at odds or terms that were displayed due to a manifest error, misprint, or technical fault. Where such errors are identified, jillik will notify affected players and, at its discretion, void the affected wagers or offer settlement at corrected terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillik Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance: jillik cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR investigations. Fraudulent activity detected on the Platform will be reported to relevant authorities including the AMLC and Philippine National Police.

Players who self-exclude from jillik may not circumvent their exclusion by registering a new Account or accessing the Platform under a different identity. Violations of self-exclusion will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance.

All content on the jillik Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and design elements — is the exclusive property of jillik or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without jillik's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillik shall not be liable for:
In all cases where jillik is found liable for direct damages, jillik's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount wagered or deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jillik reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jillik has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required by regulatory or law enforcement action.
You may close your jillik Account at any time by contacting jillik support. Upon closure of your Account, any real-money Balance remaining will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no withdrawal holds are in effect. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including liability provisions, ownership provisions, and dispute resolution provisions — shall survive.
jillik collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the jillik Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
jillik implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jillik Platform, you agree to first contact jillik support to seek an amicable resolution. jillik will endeavour to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notification.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework. Where regulatory channels do not provide a remedy, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
jillik reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via notification to the registered mobile number or email address, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the jillik Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
